The villagers of Arishalla had a unique sensibility for decoration. Their structures were created by layering substances and materials over one another repeatedly to create intricate patterns and interweaving textures; often forming organic lines between their structures. The color patterns that a house or structure maintains shows its family lineage; similar to the life rings inside of a tree. Certain families were drawn to specific colorations, and their pattern became their heraldry.
